Return policy

1. Right of return
   In accordance with Latvian law and European Union consumer protection legislation, you have the right to return goods purchased from our online shop, without giving any reason, within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
2. Return conditions
   When returning goods, please observe the following conditions:
   The goods must be returned in their original condition, i.e,
   The item must be complete with all original labels and markings;
   Please enclose a return note with the packing slip stating what item is being returned and why it is being returned.
   If the material was cut to your order, in the quantity you require
   (less than 10 linear metres), such material cannot be returned except for defects.
3. Return process
   To return goods, please follow these steps:
   Contact us using the contact details provided in the “Contact” section of our website and tell us that you wish to return the goods;
   We will contact you to arrange the return;
   Please prepare a return note and indicate which item is being returned and why;
   Return the goods to us by post or in person.
4. Return costs
   You must pay the return costs if the goods are returned without defects or if the goods are not returned in the manner set out in these terms and conditions. If the goods are returned with defects, we will refund you the amount of the goods and the return costs.
5. Returns
   We will accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the goods if the goods meet the conditions set out in these terms and conditions.
6. Return Discount Policy
   The amount of the returned item will be refunded to you within 14 days from the time we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the return policy.
   The amount of the discount will be refunded to you to the same method of payment as the original payment for the item.
7. Exceptions to return
   The right of return does not apply to categories of goods the return of which is not permitted under Latvian law and European Union consumer protection legislation, as well as goods that have been made to your special request.
8. Damage and defects
   If the returned goods are damaged or defective, please contact us so that we can resolve the situation. If the goods are damaged, faulty or returned otherwise than in accordance with these terms, we reserve the right to waive returns and refunds and the goods will be returned to you by post at your expense.
9. Warranties
   All goods sold in our online shop come with a warranty, the length and conditions of which may vary depending on the type of product and the manufacturer. Please read the warranty conditions on the product packaging or in the notes for precise information on the scope and length of the product warranty.
