BONATAP® M60-10 Flexible Furniture Adhesive

BONATAP® M60-10 is a high quality adhesive made of rubber and synthetic resins in organic solvents, designed for the furniture industry. It forms a soft, flexible bond that prevents the foam from shrinking, making it ideal for cladding applications.
Instructions for use:
Preparation: ensure that both the adhesive and the materials are at least 18°C. Mix the adhesive thoroughly before use.
Application: use pneumatic paint guns with an air pressure of about 4 bar, nozzle diameter 1.5-2.0 mm and maintain a distance of 30-40 cm. For one-sided application, ensure full coverage.
Bonding: Allow 25 minutes for two-sided application and 5 minutes for one-sided application for touch-ups. Press the materials firmly together once they are aligned.
Bonding: Full bond strength is achieved within 48 hours. Avoid stressing the grip area at this time.
Cleaning and safety: use Bonaros® M solvent for cleaning tools. Store the glue in a cool, well-ventilated place. Observe safety precautions when working with flammable solvents.
